Our Process
Here is a sneak peek at what you can expect when we work together.
We collect important data from our clients such as property listing address, requested rooms, square footage of the home, list price and timeline for installation. Then, a staging proposal is submitted with pricing for the required rooms that need home staging. Once we receive the green light to move forward, a contract and invoice is sent to you via email for signature and payment. This is an important because once these steps are completed, your staging date is “locked” in on our calendar which means your spot is solidified.
Afterwards ,our stagers will view your property for measurements and planning purposes. Our staff will research the neighborhood, the profile of the potential buyer, and the specific property requirements to help wit the selection and color scheme of the chosen design package.
In occupied listings ,we do things a little different. There is a one- time consultation fee to visit the home up for sale. We recommend what should remain or be removed and suggest renovations on the exterior and interior of the home. We will also offer you a proposal where we suggest furniture and decor suggestions that will help make the rooms more picture ready for the MLS and open house. As an add -on service , our organizing partner can provide solutions to help you during the move out or move in process which includes packing aid and decluttering suggestions .
