What rooms do I receive in a staging package?
Every staging package contains the furniture and decor for the kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom and primary bath. These rooms are most critical because potential buyers typically base their buying decision on these spaces. We also suggest you stage any rooms that are akward or small in size to help buyers see how to use the space functionally.

What's included in a staging package?
IWith a staging package you get the rooms you wish to stage, delivery, installation and the removal of the furniture and decor once your rental time is expired.

Do you provide staging for occupied homes?
Yes we stage occupied homes only if the client doesnt have small kids or pets. We also prefer any rooms with our furniture is not used for personal use.

How long is the furniture rental?
You can rent our furniture and decor for 30 , 45 or 60 days. If you reach your rental time period and need to extend you can do so for an additional 30 days for an added fee.

Can I see the furniture and decor before staging?
We have done extensive research on colors, style and furniture styles and neighborhoods plus client profile to ensure we match the right look with the right home. We do all the work so you don’t have to do so!

Can I sign now and pay later?
In order to lock in your staging date you have to sign the agreement and pay the invoice. We work on a slot system with a first come first serve basis. The sooner you sign and pay the faster we can guarantee you a permanent staging date.
